To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether Network Rail holds a record of the (a) number, (b) size and (c) tenure type of housing units delivered on public land disposed of by Network Rail.

Network rail hold records of (a) number of housing units but not (b) size or (c) tenure as this information is not always available at the point of sale.
