Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the Independent Commission for Aid Impact's rapid review entitled Management of the 0.7 per cent ODA spending target in 2020, if he will publish the judgment for the value for money assessments listed as one of the criteria for consideration at Star Chambers.

Each Department was responsible for their own value for money assessment against their suggested reductions. These assessments as well as the overall strategy of reducing value for money risk by focussing on stopping new spending and delaying multilateral spending informed the decisions.
