Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to his Department's press release of 14 May 2015, Benefit cap: thousands move into work or off housing benefit, how many of the 35,600 households that are no longer subject to the benefit cap are still in receipt of housing benefit.

Data on the number of households no longer subject to the benefit cap who are still in receipt of Housing Benefit is not readily available and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
