Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 25 June 2015 to Question 3540, if he will establish a stand-alone fund to provide emergency funding support to GP practices which have suffered a financial loss as a result of the withdrawal of the Minimum Practice Income Guarantee.

NHS England are committed to considering how to support the small number of practices which are significantly affected by the changes to primary care funding arrangements, in order to ensure there are appropriate primary medical services for local populations.
