Atos has delivered just under 1 in 5 of its assessments at claimants’ homes while Capita has delivered just under 3 in 5 for the same period (January to September 2016).

Capita has chosen to develop a business model which delivers more home visits - although this is not a contractual requirement. Atos’ business model is more assessment centre based.
