Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what her policy is on allowing large firms to place apprentices within their supply chains.

From April 2018, we plan to allow levy-paying employers to transfer up to 10% of the annual value of funds entering their apprenticeship service accounts to another employer or apprenticeship training agency.
