The value of £15.94 per hour for Cambridgeshire is from the staff market forces factor used for global sum payments to general practices, based on earnings data for 1999 to 2001.

Plans to review the Carr-Hill funding formula may be revisited in future. However, any changes would need careful planning to ensure they do not threaten stability or cause financial uncertainty for practices.
