Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps are being taken to monitor Anjem Choudary speaking in public since his release from prison.

I am not able to comment on individual cases. Any monitoring of individuals speaking in public is an operational matter for police where legal, necessary and proportionate.
