Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps is he taking to ensure that there is a comprehensive workforce plan for the NHS.

In July 2021 the Department commissioned Health Education England (HEE) to review long term strategic trends for the health and social care workforce to ensure the National Health Service has the staff with the skills, values and behaviours to deliver world leading clinical services and continued high standards of patient care.
