Question to the Department for International Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, whether her Department plans to appeal the enforcement notice issued by the Information Commissioner on the 5 September 2022 on Freedom of Information requests.

I can confirm that the Department does not plan to appeal the enforcement notice issued by the Information Commissioner on 5 September 2022.
