Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if she will publish the agreement between her Department and the Home Office on the sharing of data from the national pupil database.

We have today released the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to those who have requested it and we have deposited a copy in the House Library.
