Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how much funding is allocated internally by the Environment Agency to the (a) capital funding stream and (b) revenue funding stream for flood protection measures.

The document ‘Central Government Funding for Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management in England’, published in September 2016, sets out how much Government funding has been allocated to capital and revenue budgets that are administered by the Environment Agency.
