Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, on what date his Department first received representations that Concentrix was not meeting its performance targets.

HM Revenue and Customs receives a number of representations throughout the year on all aspects of tax credits. Representations increased significantly from mid-August onwards with regards to Concentrix.
