Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, on what date (a) HM Revenue and Customs and (b) his Department first received representations that Concentrix was erroneously investigating legitimate tax credit claimants and halting their payments.

HM Revenue and Customs receives a number of representations throughout the year on all aspects of tax credits. Representations increased significantly from mid-August onwards with regards to Concentrix.
