The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) are currently undertaking a review of the regulatory regime for crowdfunding, including 36H of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2013. Possible changes to the regulatory regime will be considered in light of the findings of the FCA review.

Further information on the review can be found on the FCA’s website at https://www.fca.org.uk/publications/calls-input/post-implementation-review-fca-crowdfunding-rules
