Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, how many officials of his Department have opted out of the EU Working Time Directive.

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy does not record centrally the number of officials who have opted out of the EU Working Time Directive and can only be provided at disproportionate cost.
