Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what (a) Highways Agency and (b) Highways England funding has been allocated to the Driver Education Budget in each of the last 10 years.

There is no available data for the historical level of funding prior to 2014, driver education expenditure was subsumed within wider project costs and the information cannot be readily extracted. We are therefore not able to provide funding information relating to each and every year in the last ten years.
