Nuclear Power: Skilled Workers

Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what plans he has to acquire additional appropriately skilled and qualified staff to undertake nuclear safeguards work.

We are working closely with the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) to ensure that they will be in a position to take on the role and responsibilities required to meet our international safeguards and nuclear non-proliferation obligations.
