Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what proportion of accident and emergency admissions in October, November, December and January in each year since 2010 resulted from fireworks-related injuries.

The proportion of accident and emergency (A&E) admissions due to a firework related injury in October, November, December and January in each year from 2010 to January 2015 is shown in the table below. Final data from October 2015 onwards is not yet available.
