Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the Answer of 14 September 2016 to Question 45329, on the culture, practices and ethics of the Press Inquiry, which cases are referred to in that Answer.

All criminal proceedings connected to the subject matter of the Leveson Inquiry, including the relevant appeals processes, have now concluded. The Government is currently consulting on Part 2 of the Leveson Inquiry.
