To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what steps the Government is taking with the international community to address the ongoing covid-19 pandemic in Myanmar.
This question was answered on 26th September 2022
In response to the Covid-19 crisis in Myanmar, the UK has adapted its healthcare programmes to focus on immediate response and longer-term recovery activities. Last year the UK provided £11 million for the COVID-19 and broader healthcare response in Myanmar, which was delivered through the UN, civil society and ethnic health organisations.
