Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, with reference to his Department's press release published on 13 October 2016, when he expects Delay Repay 15 to be introduced on Southern Rail.

We are currently in negotiation with GTR as to when Delay Repay 15 is to begin, and expect to be able to announce further details shortly.
