Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether his Department has been advised by the Ethiopian authorities on how many times Mr Andargachew Tsege has had access to a telephone to contact his family in London during the past two and a half years.

It is our understanding that Mr Tsege has had access to a telephone but we do not have any more details.
