Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 14 October 2016 to Question 47384, on companies: costs, if he will produce an evaluation of the combined effect of the package of measures on all categories of workers in the UK.

In its remit to the Low Pay Commission the Government asks it to monitor and evaluate the National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage.

A review of automatic enrolment will take place in 2017. The Department for Work and Pensions is currently working with interested stakeholders to determine the scope of this, which will be announced before the end of this calendar year.
