Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to the contract between HM Revenue and Customs and Concentrix, Appendix 1, Clause G4.1, whether his Department plans to recover costs incurred in relation to Clause 2.1A.

I refer the hon. Member to today’s Written Ministerial Statement “Update on HMRC’s contract with Concentrix”.
