Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, to which stakeholders her Department has formally written to inform them that they might participate in the consultation on whether to conduct further investigations into standards, ethics and criminality in the press.

Ministers wrote to a small number of interested parties regarding the consultation on the Leveson Inquiry and its implementation, including interested Parliamentarians and victims of press abuse. The consultation runs until 10 January 2017 and is available at https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/consultation-on-the-leveson-inquiry-and-its-implementation. We hope a wide range individuals and organisations respond.
