Records are not held centrally on the outcome of individual claims and data is not available in the format requested at (a), (b), and (i). In the financial year 2014-15, Her Majesty’s Passport Office (HM Passport Office) paid compensation totalling £250, 010.67.

HM Passport Office only normally offers compensation for financial loss as a result of delays in its guaranteed (Fast Track and Premium) services; or to reimburse any out of pocket expenses incurred by a customer as a direct consequence of an error or omission by a member of staff.
