Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will use her powers under subsections 6 to 8 of section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 to outlaw ticket touting for (a) events related to Hull City of Culture 2017, (b) musical events and (c) cultural events.

The Home Secretary has no current plans to modify Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.
