As part of the process for the 2016 Autumn Statement, as at previous fiscal events, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has revised its estimate for the savings as a result of the contract as new information has become available. The figures given by HMRC’s Chief Executive and in the Written Ministerial Statement reflected the latest estimate at the time.
