To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what discussions she has had with Police and Crime Commissioner's on the future usage of facial recognition technology in law enforcement.

I have regular discussions with Police and Crime Commissioners about a range of issues. The Association of Police and Crime Commissioners is represented on the Law Enforcement Facial Images and New Biometrics Oversight and Advisory Board.
