Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what reports his Department has received from the seven experts embedded in Capita on the level of performance of the contract between his Department and that company.

The contract referred to is not held by Department, but by NHS England. NHS England’s national director for Transformation and Corporate Operations is keeping the Department informed of progress through regular meetings.
