Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many civil or criminal cases against people related to tax evasion have been made as a result of information supplied by the (a) Child Maintenance Group and (b) parents whose child maintenance awards have been directly affected by such evasion.

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) does not centrally collate the management information that would be required to provide the requested data.
