Question to the Department for International Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, for what reasons his Department has not responded to all of its Freedom of Information requests within the statutory time limit.

Adequate arrangements for processing Freedom of Information requests in the Department have been in place since its formation.

Figures on the number and timeliness of response to FOI requests received at the Department for International Trade are being collected and will be published as part of the National Statistics FOI Bulletin on the 15th of December.
