The Department for International Trade (DIT) worked with colleagues across the UK and the Devolved Administrations to identify companies to join the Prime Minister’s business delegation. This process included wide consultation with our counterpart, Scottish Development International. All the UK regions were represented in the Prime Minister’s delegation.

The total value of the announced commercial agreements secured during the Prime Minister’s visit was £1.2 billion. This figure does not include all deals agreed over the period. All deals between UK companies and their Indian counterparts are commercially sensitive. We can only announce those where we receive express consent from the company.
