Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether her Department has conducted an equality impact assessment on the operation of Deprivation of Liberty Orders.

The Department has not conducted an equality impact assessment which specifically examines the potential equality impact of Deprivation of Liberty Orders.
