Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what proposals his officials plan to make on the taxation of e-cigarettes to the European Commission's Fiscalis Programme.

HM Treasury officials are not making proposals on the taxation of e-cigarettes to the European Commission. They are engaging in preliminary technical discussions at the EU level through the Fiscalis programme.
