Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what estimate he has made of the number of smokers in each English region in each year from 2010 to 2016.

Data for adult smoking prevalence in England by region can be found on Public Health England’s Local Tobacco Control Profiles:
The Tobacco Control Profiles show The Office of National Statistics (ONS) Integrated Household Survey data for 2010 and 2011, and ONS Annual Population Survey data from 2012 to 2015; 2016 data is not yet available.
