Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many asylum applications in which the applicant reported being tortured in their home country were (a) received and (b) rejected in each year since 2009-10; how many such rejections were appealed; and how many such appeals were found in favour of the appellant in each of those years.
