Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, when the consultation on accelerated courses and switching university or degree is due to report; and whether there will be a debate in the House on the findings of that consultation.

The Government ran a call for evidence on accelerated courses and switching university or degree over the summer of 2016. We are planning to publish a summary of the key findings in due course.

Decisions with respect to the timing of a debate are for the business managers in the House of Commons.
