Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to paragraph 3.22 in the Autumn Statement 2016, whether he will make an announcement on the future of the Levy Control Framework in (a) the Spring Budget 2017 or (b) the Autumn Budget 2017.

The government is considering the future of the Levy Control Framework and will set this out at the Spring Budget 2017.
