Question to the Department for International Development:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, what assessment she has made of the implications for her policies of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact report entitled DFID's Efforts to Eliminate Violence Against Women and Girls, published in May 2016; and if she will make a statement.

DFID received the Independent Commission for Aid Impact’s highest green rated response, recognising DFID’s world-leading work on violence against women and girls. DFID’s management response, published on our website at www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/528263/man-response-VAWG.pdf, sets out areas for further focus in the future.
