Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :

To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, if it is Government policy to retain the Working Time Directive after the UK has left the EU.

The Government intends to bring all existing EU law in this area, including case law, under UK law at the point of exit through the Great Repeal Bill.
