The Secretary of State for Health, my Rt Hon. Friend the Member for South West Surrey (Mr Hunt), raised human rights issues in his discussions with Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong on 5 December during the UK-China 'People to People' dialogue. Human Rights issues were not raised at the UK-China Economic and Financial Dialogue on 10 November.
