Question to the Scotland Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, if he will support the introduction of Frank's Law to prevent age discrimination against those aged under 65.

Health and social care policies in Scotland are devolved, and the policy of free personal and nursing care is a matter for the Scottish Government.
