The UK is committed to supporting Pakistan as it recovers from the recent flooding. We provide indirect, long-term funding to the International Financial Institutions who will play a critical role in Pakistan's recovery. The UK is a major donor to the World Bank International Development Association and to the Asian Development Bank. The World Bank has already reprioritised $350 million from its existing Pakistan programs for immediate support and anticipates it will commit a further $2 billion. The Asian Development Bank have announced £2.6 million of support.
