The UK's Arctic Policy Framework, Adapting to Change: UK Policy towards the Arctic, was compiled by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), with input on specific areas of policy from each relevant Whitehall Department. Policy Departments are responsible for engaging the Devolved Administrations, as appropriate. However, in developing a revised framework, to be published later this year, the FCO has also opened a direct dialogue with the Scottish Government.
