Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent assessment her Department has made of potential impact of the monkeypox outbreak on the ability of sexual health providers to provide services.

No formal assessment has been made as official statistics for 2022 are not yet available. The Department continues to work with the UK Health Security Agency, local authorities and NHS England to manage pressures on sexual health services and ensure access to routine sexual and reproductive health services is maintained.
