The UK continues to actively engage and work with the US on the current situation in Yemen to find a peaceful solution to the conflict. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my Rt Hon. Friend the Member for Uxbridge and South Ruislip (Mr Johnson) last met with Senator Kerry to discuss the situation in Yemen at the Quadrilateral in London on 16 October. I met with Senator Kerry at the Quadrilateral in Riyadh on 18 December.
