There have been no discussions between my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Education and His Majesty's Treasury or the Office for Students (OfS) in regards the future of the OfS.

The OfS is funded primarily through registration fees charged to registered higher education providers. The OfS budget requirements are regularly reviewed by officials.
