Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what recent discussions she has had with the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the impact on funding for existing projects of counting a percentage of the additional loan of over £1bn worth of Special Drawing Rights to the IMF’s Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust as Official Development Assistance.

The Foreign Secretary has been engaging with the Chancellor on the Spending Review Settlement. The outcomes of the spending review will be set out this week by the Chancellor.
